Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! I do offer custom orders. These are a great option for keepsake gifts, one of a kind bridal jewelry, and/or bridesmaids gifts, etc! There is a design fee that varies depending on the intricacy of the design. Custom orders typically take up to two weeks to make before they’re ready to ship. If you would like to know more about the process or interested in placing a custom order, please fill out my contact form!
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, I do offer wholesale! Pricing varies on styles, intricacy, and overall availability. Current lead time for wholesale orders are 2-4 weeks. If you are interested in really cute handmade earrings in your store, please email Kelli at helloteddyco@gmail.com
Are polymer clay earrings heavy?
Polymer clay is an extremely lightweight material, making even the largest styles feel almost weightless!
When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 5-7 business days from time of purchase for your orders to be shipped out. Once they are shipped domestic via USPS you can expect delivery within 4-6 days.
Once your order has been dropped off at USPS, Hello Teddy Co. cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. If there are any issues with shipping, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.
I do not offer international shipping at this time.
What kind of metal is used on your jewelry?
At this time, all earring studs, posts, hooks and connector rings are gold plated brass AND Nickel free, making them suitable for sensitive ears. Any decorative “gold” dangles that are added to my earring designs are made of brass. Please see care instructions for any questions about cleaning your earrings.
Care Instructions
You can use a baby wipe or a Q-Tip dipped in rubbing alcohol on the clay pieces of your earrings. Due to the nature of brass metal, it can tarnish over time. You can refresh your brass pieces with lemon juice and baking soda mixture, or “Brasso”. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions.
Make sure to store your earrings in a cool dry place when you're not wearing them. Avoid wearing them in the shower or in bodies of water. Avoid storing them in a place that they can easily get scratched by harder materials.
**Polymer clay is a flexible material when cured properly. However, I strongly recommend NOT to bend your clay earrings. They can wear down over time if not taken care of properly.
What is your return policy?
For quality control, and sanitation reasons, all sales are final. If something is wrong with the order you received, please email me at helloteddyco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
A NOTE FROM THE ARTIST:
Due to the nature of handmade art for your ears, please note that no two pieces may be exactly alike and therefore may have slight variations from what is pictured. Handmade polymer clay earrings are susceptible to very minor imperfections but do not affect the overall value of the products. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Kelli at helloteddyco@gmail.com
